Van Trip

We are nearing the end of summer and this will be one last opportunity to take a 'jaunt' somewhere out of town. You will not doubt want to join with us on Tuesday, August 19th. All of our trips feature good fellowship, an interesting spot to visit, and great food! The last feature is a must! Call the office to book your seat on the bus.

Luis Palau Crusade - Portland Cityfest

This weekend on August 22nd - 23rd from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day at Waterfront Park in downtown Portland, the Luis Palau team will be coming to town. There will be activities for the whole family. More than that, there will be something for those who are 'believers' and those who have yet to 'believe'. Pray for the success of this crusade.

Celebration opening:

On the first Sunday of the month at 9:30 a.m. all the adult and children Sunday school classes meet in the Chapel to sing and worship together, then we are off to our separate Sunday School classes.
During our Coffee Hour we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries that fall during the month. A "penny offering" is taken for each year of age or marriage. The collected money is forwarded to Gilbert, our adopted child we support who lives in an orphanage in the Philippines.
