Educational Ministries
Our Sunday School program begins at 9:30 a.m. with classes for all ages:
- Nursery/Pre-school
- Grade School - K-6th grade
- Youth - Junior & Senior High
- Adults - two classes: Chapel and Fireplace Room
Our Worship & Praise hour begins at 10:45 a.m. with classes for children:
- Nursery/Pre-school
- Kindegarten through 6th
- Junior & Senior High

Van Trip
For this month, February 21st is the day we anticipate venturing out 'somewhere'. As of the printing deadline, no destination has been established, though you can imagine that it will probably be indoors again this month.
Of course, there will be a food stop on the way home. Sign up for your place in the van and enjoy the ride!
Mid-Winter Brunch
Excitement builds as we work our way toward this year's Brunch on February 18th. Everything is in place - the time (10:00 a.m.) and place (Fellowship Hall) are both set, Kam's Fine Foods is set to cater our meal, some 'local talent' for your enjoyment, and we have invited in Cal Habig to share a hobby and interest he enjoys.
Our theme for this Brunch is Choose this day whom you will serve... taken from the challenge of Joshua to the children of Isreal.
As a point of interest, if you happen to have any old political caampaign buttons, banners, or memorabilia you would be willing to display at the Brunch; please bring them along. A display table will be provided.
The Story!
Following the first of the year, on January 8th, we are embarking on a curriculum that will cover the whole Bible and it's content in 31 weeks. The material will run from the 2nd week in January until the month of July and the primary purpose of the material is to help us all get a 'better grip' on the whole story of the Bible - from cover to cover.
Thirty-one lessons, appropriately divided for various age levels, will present the same general content to 'everyone in the building' each Sunday. From the Sunday School hour through the Worship & Praise service, the emphasis of the day will be the same. Please plan to join us for these impacting seven months!

Did you know?
Celebration opening:
- On the first Sunday of the month at 9:30 a.m. all the adult and children Sunday school classes meet in the Chapel to sing and worship together, then we are off to our separate Sunday School classes.
- During our Coffee Hour we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries that fall during the month. A "penny offering" is taken for each year of age or marriage. The collected money is forwarded to the Solano Children's Home located in the Philippines.
New Partnership! M.O.P.S.
We are now the host congregation in the area for a national program called M.O.P.S. (Mothers of Preschoolers), and the group meets twice a month at 6:30 p.m. in our church building. We look forward to sharing our building with M.O.P.S. and appreciate the encouragement they give to mothers, preschoolers, and families of preschoolers.
